Prolonged Encephalopathy in COVID 19

چکیده
Coronavirus 2 (SARS CoV2 or CoV2) infection which is responsible for the COVID 19 pandemic has been noted to cause multi-organ involvement including lungs, heart, kidney, and brain. Neurologic effects of this disease vary on a spectrum ranging from anosmia, delirium confusion, strokes, seizures, encephalopathy encephalitis, Guillain Barre-like syndrome. However, rarely prolonged observed. There not good amount evidence behind all factors contributing occurrence delayed awakening. In manuscript, we have reviewed existing literature highlighted various postulated etiological theories impact patient, as well physician-related, We discussed available management modalities these group patients based limited thus far.
